Q. is it true that you can have babies after this kind of surgery?

A. Yes it was painful and carrying a baby for 9 months was a bit of a problem, and I really can understand what women go through. Seriously you will not lose any sexual function with only one testicle. My wife and I have recently had another child.

Q. Does having one testicle affect your sexual performance?

A. No it doesn't. I wasn't getting any sex before I lost my right testicle and I'm still not getting any now, so there is no change whatsoever.

Seriously, your sexual perfromace is not affected at all and on the odd occasion I have had some ( my birthday ) I have noticed no differences at all. In fact the one testicle still does the work of two and tends to produce the same amount of sperm as before.

Q. Does the scrotum look any different with just one testicle present?

A. Personally I do not think my scrotum looks any different to before my surgery, perhaps a little hairer and more wrinkled as age catches up with me now, however there is very little change looks wise and this has been confirmed by my wife who still says my package looks like a Walnut Whip.

Of course there is the option of having a false one put in ( called a prosthetic implant ) to even things up as bit, however I didn't opt for this, purely because I'm married, not on the pull anymore, and my wife is quite happy feeling just the one each year on my birthday. On the Testicle Tour, we met a guy who has a false one. Apparently he has this great party trick of getting it out, collecting bets that he won't bang it with a pint glass on a table and always wins, to the amazed gasps and respect from all the blokes around !!
